Returns Policy

To obtain a refund, the item must be returned within 14 days from the date of your receipt. Items returned within 30 days are eligible for a credit or exchange only. Items are not accepted for return or exchange after 30 days from the original receipt.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

All items are shipped using an express method. We require a signature on delivery. Please ensure someone will be at the specified shipping address to sign for your order. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
